Juneau is ranked among the top student housing builders in the nation. We are experts at student housing construction, having constructed more than 20,000 student housing beds throughout the Southeast.

In many cases, our student housing clients come to us for guidance on master planning and programming because we can provide valuable input based on our historical cost data. Other times, we are brought on board to evaluate the constructability of these facilities, as was the case for Rutherford Hall at UGA. We were brought on-board early to determine whether the existing historic residence hall should be renovated or demolished and re-built with a similar footprint. At NOVA Southeastern University, we were under an extremely tight schedule deadline, Juneau’s early involvement allowed us to bring a creative solution in changing the structure type of the building to allow for an on-time move in and a reduction in overall construction costs. Whatever the case may be, Juneau will be there every step of the way to assist our Student Housing clients with these tough decisions.
