University of Louisiana Lafayette Student Housing Program

Juneau constructed over 1,800 beds of student housing at the University of Louisiana Lafayette, in a combination of new and renovated residence halls. Additionally, Juneau transformed existing housing space into student activity and administrative space. An 873-car parking deck with retail on the main level was constructed to support parking for the newly constructed housing. Residence halls focus on bringing students outside their dorm rooms with multiple outdoor courtyards, a computer lab, community gathering areas, and study areas.
