During the Preconstruction phase, they worked very closely with our team to ensure our program was maintained. They also helped find ways to add scope to the project while maintaining the budget. While working with severe liquidated damages for the completion date, more than $2,000,000 of additional scope was added without adding a single day to the construction schedule. During construction, the project was faced with many challenges including multiple design issues and extensive weather delays. Not only did Juneau overcome these obstacles, but their staff did an excellent job managing them in a professional and team oriented manner.
