I have had the pleasure of working with your preconstruction team as well as you operations staff, and they are always eager to help move things forward. We have also seen the results of the ongoing BIM coordination that your team has performed to keep the precast production on schedule without complete design and without MEP trades under contract. The VE process and effort to keep the project on budget has been smooth. This process can sometimes be difficult, but we always had items to choose from so we can control the end product in a way that works for us.
