University of Alabama Presidential II

The need for housing on University of Alabama’s campus was evident as we were brought onboard to construct Presidential II, the second residence hall in Presidential Village on the North side of UA’s campus. The new 358,000 square foot, 873-bed concrete structure sits 8 stories tall with below grade parking for 200. Presidential II offers student two- and four-bedroom suites with a shared living room kitchenette and private bathrooms. The residence hall houses a community kitchen and game room on the first floor, laundry facilities on the third floor, and community space for studying and socializing on the seventh floor.
