From our Annual Crawfish boil, now in its 23rd year, to our Employee Appreciation trips and Community Outreach days, we aim to bring together employees and their families at different events throughout the year to celebrate each other, celebrate the company and the projects we build, and to promote teamwork and appreciation for what we work so hard at daily.

Juneau Employees Building a Better Community

Juneau Construction Company and its employees are dedicated to making an impact on the community through partnerships with non-profit and religious organizations, schools, and education institutions.  Our Community Outreach program exists to provide employee volunteer assistance, as well as benevolent gifts that will strengthen and support families, help children and youth succeed, support aging populations, assist the homeless community, provide financial assistance for the educational pursuit of women in construction, aid charitable initiatives that are of interest to our employees, and promote and build safe neighborhoods.

Juneau encourages and supports our employee’s participation in service activities that contribute to the community.  Throughout the year, Juneau participates in multiple events company wide and encourages individual participation in community outreach activities to strengthen our bonds to the communities of which we live and serve. Some organizations we partner with include: Sandy Springs Mission, HomeAid, Atlanta Community Food Bank, Branches Organization, Chapman Partnership, March of Dimes, Sporting Clays for Dyslexia, and Kids Chance of Georgia.
