Juneau in partnership with Greystar (formerly EdR) brought 592 beds to Tallahassee for Florida State University students to reside. Juneau demoed the existing 336-bed development and constructed seven buildings which includes apartments, townhomes, and clubhouse totaling more than 269,000 square feet. The 168-unit community offers student two bedroom/2 bathroom and 2 bedroom/4 bathroom living spaces that come with amenities such as a fitness center, computer and study rooms, a community kitchen, mailroom, outdoor courtyard with pool and game room with pool table.
