Bridging the Gap
In addition to the traditional responsibilities of managing cost, schedule, quality and safety; we have employed the in-house expertise of our multitude of engineers to help bridge the gap between the architect and their consultants and our trade partners to ensure the highest level of coordination and clash detection takes place far before construction or installation take place.
Additionally, our self-performing crews are an invaluable risk mitigation tool allowing us to maintain greater control of the schedule, quality, and potential cost escalation with regards to specific trades.
During the life cycle of the project, Juneau’s Preconstruction, VDC, and Operations teams work hand-in-hand at optimal milestones ensuring our lessons learned, operational expertise and trade contractor selections are a collaborate approach resulting in smooth transitions from one phase of the project to the next.

Safety Culture
Safety is always our top priority at Juneau. We believe that the safety culture we have created across the organization is the foundation of our success. From protecting our employees, to ensuring the safety of our trade partners, we prioritize safety at every step to create an environment where everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
