We specialize in bringing new life to historic spaces. Our journey with historic restoration & renovation began with the transformation of the historic Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown Atlanta more than 25 years ago.

Our experience spans across a variety of project types from hotels to office spaces, and includes the recent renovation of Clemson University’s on campus residence halls, collectively known as Bryan Mall High Rises, housing 1,400 students. We understand that these projects hold deep meaning – not only for our clients but also for the communities they serve.
