uniting past and present

Adaptive Re-Use & Restoration

At Juneau we are experts at making the old new again. Our experience with Adaptive Re-use and Historic Restoration began with the transformation of the Historic Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown Atlanta over 20 years ago.

Our experience spans across all project types including our most recent project, the historic renovation of Russell Hall; a mid-rise residence hall on the University of Georgia campus that’s won multiple awards for its historic preservation. These types of projects are sensitive not only to the clients we work for, but the communities in which we build. We realize the significance of historical buildings and find it intriguing once we step onsite to uncover artifacts and re-use pertinent building components to transform unique historic spaces into places that our clients and the community can enjoy for another 50 to 100 years.
