As the architectural project manager for the project, I would like to commend the Juneau team for your efforts to deliver an outstanding addition to the campus. Juneau’s collaborative approach, attention to detail, and hard work were essential to the successful completion of the project. The entire Juneau team’s efforts to make this project successful are greatly appreciated, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your team again soon.

Juneau was aware of the challenges going into the project and accepted each without blinking an eye. They were able to work within extremely tight spaces while keeping the campus community safe at all times. They met or exceeded the completion schedule of each phase and milestone. Lastly and most challenging of all was keeping the project within budget.

Juneau continuously took the concerns of RangeWater Real Estate and the Atlanta Braves to heart while ensuring standards, schedules, and budgets were always maintained. I am confident you will find the same level of professionalism and honesty with Juneau on all of their projects. In the end, the Atlanta Braves organization now has three tremendous apartment buildings that I know will enhance The Battery Atlanta and Atlanta Braves game experiences for everyone who visits.

Les Juneau held multiple day-long workshops with ownership and architect to go through the construction numbers with a fine tooth comb in order to find every last ounce of cost savings in order to make the project work. Without this process, I am not sure the project would exist today. We are obviously very pleased with their work and plan to partner with them often in the future for projects both on and off campus.

I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere appreciation for the hard work that all the staff at Juneau Construction has put into the construction of Georgia Highlands College’s Student Academic Building. Our student and recreation and wellness center is fast becoming a huge success on our campus and we owe a special thanks to you and your staff. From the start of the project, you and your staff have provided us with exceptional leadership and assistance in delivering our student center project ahead of schedule and under budget.
