UM Student Services Building Achieves LEED Gold Certification

The University of Miami Student Services Building project was originally slated to receive a LEED Silver certification. Despite building during the onset of the global pandemic, the project exceeded all expectations and achieved a LEED Gold certification. This project is now part of a selected group of sustainable and innovative buildings that are LEEDv4 Gold certified in the City of Coral Gables.
