Juneau Construction Company COVID-19 Protocols

JUNEAU PROTOCOL: EMPLOYEE/PARTNER DISPLAYING SYMPTOMS (FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, ETC.)

  1. Immediately notify supervisor and Juneau Corporate (Justin Mathis) and Project Director
  2. Leave the Office or Jobsite
  3. Call your healthcare provider or clinic and relay symptoms
  4. Follow Medical Provider recommendations and CDC guidelines
  5. Do not return to work until your Medical Provider has issued a note clearing you to return

JUNEAU PROTOCOL: EMPLOYEE/PARTNER CONFIRMED COVID-19 INFECTION

  1. Immediately notify supervisor and Juneau Corporate (Justin Mathis) and Project Director
  2. Follow CDC and Medical Provider quarantine requirements
  3. Identify all “close contacts” (anyone who was within 6 feet of someone who has COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more during the previous 14 days); these close contacts may not return to work until they have received a negative test result
  4. Identify all areas where the employee/partner has performed work in the previous week; these areas must be properly cleaned by a third-party prior anyone returning to these areas
  5. The employee/partner may not return to work until they have satisfied the CDC requirements for discontinuing isolation, received a negative test result, and their Medical Provider has issued a note clearing them to return

IN THE EVENT OF ANY COVID-RELATED JOBSITE OR OFFICE SHUTDOWN:

JOBSITES:

  1. Begin Juneau Preparedness Plan for Site Shutdown
  2. Communicate Juneau Corporate Emergency Message
    • At a distance of no less than 6 feet, Juneau Superintendent to inform all subcontractor partner foreman who will be responsible for informing jobsite personnel
  3. Execute Preparedness Plan
  4. Jobsite to be safely secured and evacuated
  5. Continue to work remotely as necessary
  6. Juneau will communicate when quarantine requirements have been met and it is safe to return to the jobsite
  7. Employees will notify Medical Provider, Supervisor, Project Director and Juneau Corporate (Justin Mathis) if any symptoms develop

OFFICES:

    1. Communicate company-wide Juneau Corporate Emergency Message
    2. Secure and evacuate office
      • Notify building management officials
      • Notify corporate vendors
      • Self-quarantine at home for 14 days
      • Continue to monitor symptoms
      • Contact Medical Provider or Clinic accordingly
    3. Continue to work remotely where possible
    4. Juneau will communicate when quarantine requirements have been met and it is safe to return to the office
    5. Employees will notify Medical Provider, Supervisor, Project Director and Juneau Corporate (Justin Mathis) if any symptoms develop
