Kennesaw State University Student Housing Program

Juneau delivered more 1,400 beds during this multi-year student housing program for Kennesaw State University’s Marietta campus. The relationship began in 2003 with the construction of University Apartments and spanned more than 10 years, as we most recently delivered Hornet Village II and KSU’s special interest housing. These facilities achieved LEED Silver and Earthcraft certification. Juneau also brought online a 15,324 square foot dining hall to serve the surrounding housing communities. Also part of this program was the renovation of Norton and Howell residence halls. Residence halls offer both suite and apartment-style options with multiple student gathering/study areas, community kitchens, RA apartments, laundry facilities, and outdoor courtyards.
