Georgia Heights was uniquely blended into the historic downtown Athens community, connecting directly to several retail entities which took extreme attention-to-detail as we worked to tie into the surrounding historic buildings. This 375,000 square foot, 266-unit off campus housing building offers UGA students one, two and four bedroom living options and access to a lush amenity package including a rooftop terrace, multi-tiered courtyard with a pool and spa, corn hole and grilling stations with a fire pit, a club room with booths for social gatherings, a pool table, fireplace and indoor lounges. Georgia Heights also has 38,000 square feet of retail space on the podium level including a CVS, Anthropologie and J Crew, with two floors of below grade parking.
