The Cortland at The Battery Atlanta was the result of a successful partnership between the Atlanta Braves, Rangewater, Fuqua Development, Juneau and Wakefield Beasley. This urban mixed-use development totals more than 1 million square feet of luxury apartments, boutique retail and upscale dining options surrounding Truist Park, the home of the Atlanta Braves. Juneau constructed over 550 rental units, two parking decks, and over 110,000 square feet of boutique retail space and an eclectic array of trendy restaurants that attracts visitors to The Battery year around.

The staff assembled to construct these three buildings was exceptional. It has been a true partnership every step of the way. As with any project of this magnitude, complex issues arise, especially having 5+ General Contractors working on the same site day in and day out with a compressed schedule. The Juneau team was always willing and ready to offer creative and collaborative solutions to any challenges that were presented. Juneau was exceptional in their communication efforts with the variety of constitutes involved in a project of this magnitude. We always felt informed and confident Juneau would resolve any problems that popped up.
