CocoWalk Mixed-Use Office Development

CocoWalk is one of the most well-known shopping, dining and entertainment districts located in the heart of Coconut Grove, FL. “One CocoWalk” included the renovation of the existing retail façade on the South side to compliment a 5-story class A office building on the North side of the property. Juneau demolished the existing structure on the North side to make way for a one-of-a-kind boutique office building “Two CocoWalk” with a rooftop bar and event space and a new outdoor plaza with an emphasis on sustainability and greenery to match the landscaped feel of the “Grove.” This adaptive re-use project was constructed all while CocoWalk remained open for visitors and guests. CocoWalk is the hot spot for upscale shopping, dining, working and entertainment.
