Skylark Tops Out

The Skylark project off Atlanta’s Beltline in the Chosewood Park neighborhood in downtown Atlanta celebrated its Topping Out ceremony this month with a lunch provided by Sunstate Equipment Rental and prizes to show all the subcontractors working on the project that we’ve met a project milestone; the halfway point of the project. Representatives from Juneau Construction (CM/GC), Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (Owner), and Surber Barber Choate + Hertlein Architects were in attendance for the ceremony.

The Skylark is a 307,000 SF project, totaling 8 separate apartment buildings and over 300 units. The amenity areas will bring together residents with a centrally located courtyard and pool, grilling stations, a connected clubhouse, leasing office and fitness/wellness center. The new development is off of Boulevard SE on Atlanta’s East side, only steps from the Atlanta Beltline. The project will complete early 2020.
