121 Marina is Awarded ABC Excellence in Construction Award

121 Marina at Ocean Reef in Key Largo, Florida was awarded the 2019 Florida East Coast Excellence in Construction Award for multi-family housing ($50-$100M). This project consisted of the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a 243,632 square foot structure with 29 ultra-luxurious condominiums. Units feature 9 foot ceilings, contemporary designed MiaCucina kitchens with Italian cabinetry, stone counter-tops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, integrated espresso/cappuccino maker bar area with Sub-Zero wine coolers, integrated Smart Home technology, and a lush amenity package. Unfortunately, many challenges impacted this project, including working twenty-feet away from multi-million dollar yachts and Hurricane Irma. Damages from Irma pushed the schedule back nearly four months. In the end, the project received outstanding remarks from the Owner for the remarkable craftsmanship.
