Transit-Oriented Development Grove Central Celebrates Topping Out

Last week more than 500 people gathered to celebrate the Topping Out of Grove Central, a 23-story transit-oriented development located adjacent to Miami-Dade Transit’s Coconut Grove Metrorail Station and the future extension of The Underline. This exciting project, led by developers Terra Group and Grass River Property, will bring over 150,000 SF of retail and over 400 units to the heart of Coconut Grove. “Our team is privileged to be part of another incredible project that supports the continued resurgence of The Grove with exceptional living and retail options near downtown with easy access to transit” says Russ Beck, Executive Director, South Florida Region.

Designed by Touzet Studio & RSP Architects, Grove Central will feature a luxury amenity package that includes a resort-style pool, co-working space, golf simulators, an indoor movie theater, and more. Additionally, there are several sustainability features planned to include: National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Gold level certification, solar panels, and a 25,000-gallon cistern system to reuse reclaimed water.
