The 402 multifamily units will have a seamless transition into the pedestrian plaza, retail, and metro station portion of the development and offers residents a co-living option. Encouraging shared transportation by means of bus, car, and train, the transit-oriented mixed-use development incorporates convenient bus and shared ride transfers. The 23-story, vertically-oriented project is an efficient way to create a dense and compact development into a relatively small footprint in an urban area. The residential portion of the development will offer residents the most expansive amenity package in the area with both indoor and outdoor common areas on the seventh and eighth floors of the tower, party and lounge rooms, golf simulators, outdoor movie theater, resort-style pool, outdoor yard terrace, and much more. ​Focusing on sustainability, Grove Central Station will seek Gold level certification under the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) program.
