Iconic CocoWalk Opens in Coconut Grove

In the midst of a pandemic, the project team at CocoWalk prevailed and was able to open this iconic project in the heart of Coconut Grove, FL. Over the last two years, CocoWalk has received a complete top to bottom renovation, all while the development remained open to the public. Included in this project was the renovation of the existing retail façade and a new 5-story Class A office building, with a new outdoor plaza and upscale amenities.
