Hub Atlanta is Officially Open!

Juneau Construction Company recently turned over Hub Atlanta, an off-campus student housing project near Georgia Tech. Standing at 19-stories tall and spanning 393,000 square feet, this project will provide housing for 792 students across 292 units. This new development boasts a four story parking garage, including bicycle parking and EV charging stations. Residents will have access to several different units types from a studio to six-bedroom units and top tier amenities including a fitness center, study lounges, co-working spaces, a pool deck with a hot tub and a dog wash area.
