Emory Student Housing Project Celebrates Topping Out

Juneau Construction Company has topped out on Emory’s Graduate and Professional Student Housing project, a 535-bed development within walking distance of the university’s graduate programs.

“We’re excited to be a part of the team to bring graduate housing to the Emory campus.  Our project team worked through some extremely wet winter months to keep the project on schedule and topped out this summer.  We look forward to finishing this project and working on future projects with Emory,” said Michelle Baldwin, Project Director at Juneau Construction Company.

Located in Atlanta, Georgia, this 294,000 square-foot, 432-unit, development will include a 400-space precast parking deck fitness center, a community garden, a courtyard, private study rooms, lounges and co-working spaces. This purpose-built facility is targeting LEED Gold and construction will finish in 2024.
