Hub Atlanta Celebrates Topping Out

Hub Atlanta, Midtown’s newest student housing high-rise, celebrates its Topping Out milestone. Located near Georgia Tech’s campus, this exciting new project stands 19 stories tall and will provide housing for nearly 800 students. Led by developer Core Spaces, the 393,000 SF property will add 5,600 SF of ground level retail space along Spring Street.

Students will have a choice of living in units ranging from studios to six-bedrooms. There will be a 4-story parking garage, which includes electric vehicle charging and bicycle parking. The new development is a short walk to the Midtown MARTA station, providing students with easy connectivity to the Atlanta area.

Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, Hub Atlanta will feature a top of the line amenities package that includes a pool deck with hot tubs, fitness center, study lounge, co-working space, library, and a dog run/wash area. This project will be completed in Summer 2023, just in time for the Fall semester.
