Emory Graduate & Professional Student Housing Project Breaks Ground

Construction has officially begun on Emory University’s Graduate & Professional Student Housing project. Designed by Ayers Saint Gross, the 432-unit development will bring 535 beds to Emory’s campus ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. The project includes a precast parking deck with more than 400 spaces and is on track for LEED Gold Certification.

Residents will enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, a community garden, a courtyard with grilling stations, private study rooms, lounges and co-working spaces. We are excited to be working  with American Campus Communities and Emory University to bring a new housing option to Emory’s graduate and professional students!
