CocoWalk Receives 21st Century Upgrade

After nearly three years of renovations and expansions, CocoWalk received a significant upgrade that not only brought the mixed-use development to the 21st Century, but modernized the development for years to come. The project consisted of the renovation of the existing shopping plaza and the construction of a new boutique Class-A office building. The transformation brings a revitalized live, work, play experience to Coconut Grove, and includes sustainable components mixed with lush greenery to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood.
