Clemson Byrnes Hall Celebrates Topping Out

Juneau Construction Company has topped out on Clemson University’s Byrnes Hall student housing renovation, the first of three phases in the Bryan Mall student housing renovation program.

“We’re excited to be a part of the team to renovate Byrnes Hall for Clemson University. Our project team worked with an extremely tight schedule and through unforeseen preexisting conditions, but managed to keep this project on track for an on time delivery. We look forward to finishing this project and welcoming students this summer,” said Walker Mills, Vice President of Operations at Juneau Construction Company.

Located in Clemson, South Carolina, this 110,000 SF, 432 bed renovation includes a new core layout and an exterior steel stair addition. This project is targeting the Green Globes Certification upon completion.
