Emory University’s Graduate & Professional Student Housing project brings 535 beds to Emory’s campus. Designed by Ayers Saint Gross, this 432-unit development fulfills the need for graduate and professional on campus housing within walking distance to the university’s graduate programs. The project includes a precast parking deck with more than 400 spaces and is on track for LEED Gold Certification. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, a community garden, a courtyard with grilling stations, private study rooms, lounges and co-working spaces.
