Novel West Midtown Breaks Ground

Crescent Communities’ Novel West Midtown has officially broken ground along Fairmont Avenue in Atlanta. We are excited to participate in West Midtown’s transformation of a live, work, and play community. Dwell Design Studio is the architect on this upscale apartment project. Novel West Midtown is 365,000 SF of apartments wrapped around a 6-story precast parking deck. Residents will choose from one, two, or three bedroom options, for a total of 340 units. Located throughout the property are multiple outdoor courtyards featuring outdoor kitchens with grills and pizza ovens, water features, fire pits, electric vehicle charging stations, a pool deck with spa, and a dog park with grooming station. Inside of the property, residents can enjoy a 2-story clubroom, clubhouse, lounge, bike shop, and state-of-the-art fitness center.
