Construction Underway on 719-Bed Community Near Auburn University

320 West Mag will be Auburn’s newest off campus housing option for over 700 students. This new development will include 353,000 square feet of residential above a concrete podium, a wrapped precast parking deck, coupled with on-grade parking to allow parking for approximately 895. Juneau will also construct an elevated pool deck and amenity areas and miscellaneous retail shell components. Amenities will include three outdoor courtyards, club room, multiple fitness areas, study rooms, coffee bar, bike storage, and direct access to the Chick-fil-a on the podium level. Read more here.
