Construction Continues at 320 West Mag

Completing a project on time and within budget is every owner, architect, and contractor’s main objective. Sometimes due to extenuating circumstances, like the COVID-19 pandemic, delays in construction are unavoidable, especially with material and supply chain delays. However, with our detailed procurement schedule we have been able to keep the schedule on track and in fact are ahead of schedule as we round the corner to completion in summer 2021. 320 West Mag is a 6-story mixed-use off campus student housing project for Auburn University with Holder Properties and Niles Bolton Associates.
