Spanning 567,000 square feet, the 749-bed development will offer a mix of studio through six-bedroom residences, creating a living environment that supports a range of student lifestyles. The community is designed to balance academic focus with opportunities for connection, wellness, and recreation.

This project will feature a comprehensive amenity package, including coworking spaces with private study rooms, a rooftop pool deck, a multi-sport simulator, and a wellness lounge complete with a sauna and cold plunge. Ground-floor retail and Daydreamer Café will further enhance the experience, activating the streetscape and providing convenient gathering spaces for residents and the broader community.
