Norwegian Cruise Lines Creative Office Buildout

Tampa, Florida

This project was an interior renovation and buildout of Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) existing training facility located in the Tampa Bay Area, servicing the cruise lines entertainment and office staff. The existing facility has a structural steel frame with a stucco and glass facade. The interior buildout consisted of extensive office and administrative space, a conference room, four music rehearsal rooms with recording studios, two large training rooms and a unique area where staff members can store their outfits and train for different shows that are performed on the cruise ship. A new breakroom and reception area were also part of the buildout.
