Clemson University’s Manning Hall Renovation project is part of the University’s larger strategic renovation program; Bryan Mall Renovations. The program spans across three buildings, updating the residences for more than 1,400 students. As the second phase of this renovation, Manning Hall will include 110,000 SF of dorm-style student housing and 8,000 square feet of amenity space including dedicated study-rooms, test-taking areas, kitchens, and a game room. will seamlessly integrate the existing shell and skin of the current façade and a new exterior stair at the building corner, ensuring a harmonious blend of the modern renovation with the classic architecture of the original building.
