Lever Hall Renovation

Lever Hall Renovation marks the third, and final, phase of the Clemson University’s strategic Bryan Mall renovation program. Spanning across Byrnes, Manning and Lever Hall, these renovations aim to revitalize on-campus housing for more than 1,400 students. Lever Hall will feature 110,000 SF of dorm-style student housing and 8,000 SF of amenity space, including modern study rooms, test-taking areas, and shared kitchens. To blend the classic campus character with contemporary student living, the design will preserve the building’s original façade, while introducing a new exterior stair at the building corner.
