Hub Knoxville is the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s newest off-campus student housing project. This exciting new development will span across three buildings, totaling nearly 840,000 SF with a 1,748 space parking deck. Designed by Dwell Design Studio, the complex will house 1,985 beds across 600 units. Residents will enjoy more than 31,000 SF of rooftop amenity space and almost 23,000 SF of interior amenity space including a premier fitness center, rooftop pool deck, dry sauna & steam room, hot yoga room, indoor spa with a cold plunge, study lounges and more.

Hub Knoxville Celebrates Topping Out!

Juneau Construction Company, the nation’s second-largest student-housing builder, is thrilled to announce the topping out of Hub Knoxville, set to be one of the most sought-after off-campus student housing projects near the University of Tennessee campus. This significant milestone marks the completion of the structural phase of what will be one of the largest student housing projects in the United States as well as the largest project in Juneau’s nearly 30-year history.
