Gwinnett County Department of Human Services Building

There was an evident need for new class A office space for Gwinnett County’s Department of Human Services. Juneau constructed 100,000 square feet of commercial office space in a 4-story building that now houses all of Gwinnett County’s Human Services Centers into a one-stop-shop for all counseling, human services, and senior services. The building is comprised of office, meeting, conference, training, and private sound-proof rooms. There is secure card access because of the secure nature of the services being provided in this building, as well as, a 400-space parking deck.
