Lynq Wynwood Breaks Ground

Miami’s newest mixed-use office development, Lynq Wynwood, will be the talk of the town with its unique aesthetics and distinctive amenities. The North Building will be just over 260,000 SF and include 106,000 SF of Class-A office space above 7,000 SF of ground-level retail and 265 indoor parking spaces. Slightly larger than the North Building, the South Building will be 318,000 SF and include 139,000 SF of Class-A office space above 12,000 SF of ground level retail space and 370 indoor parking spaces. Both buildings will have rooftop terraces with amenity spaces.
