Gas Worx Celebrates Breaking Ground

Ybor City’s newest multifamily project recently celebrated breaking ground. The 283,000-sf, 317-unit mixed-use development will span across two four-story and five-story buildings and a 395-space precast parking deck. Residents will enjoy 12,000 SF of amenity space including a fitness center, coworking space, garden room, a pool and an outdoor courtyard.
