Clemson University Celebrates Completion of Manning Hall Renovation as Part of Bryan Mall Modernization Effort
Juneau Construction Company, in partnership with Clemson University, is proud to announce the successful completion of Manning Hall, the second of three phases in the transformative Bryan Mall High Rise student housing renovation project with architect partners BOUDREAUX and Little. This milestone marks another step forward in Clemson’s commitment to providing modern, comfortable, and community-driven living spaces that support student success and well-being.
Located in the heart of campus, the newly renovated Manning Hall offers 432 beds across 11 floors, encompassing 110,000 square feet of updated residential space. With a project value of $46.2 million, the renovation introduces modern amenities, enhanced security features, improved accessibility, and updated interiors that reflect today’s standards for student housing.
“We’re proud to help Clemson University bring this vision to life,” said Walker Mills, EVP of Operations at Juneau Construction Company. “Manning Hall is more than a building—it’s a reimagined living experience that supports student life, learning, and connection.”
The Bryan Mall renovation is part of Clemson’s ongoing investment in enhancing the on-campus experience. Manning Hall joins the completed renovation of Byrnes Hall, with the third and final phase slated for completion in summer 2026.
This project underscores the university’s long-term commitment to creating a campus environment that is as vibrant and forward-thinking as the students who call it home.
