Bryn House Goes Vertical

Bryn House, a 576,000 square-foot, mixed-use apartment complex, is going vertical. This project will bring 337 units and more than 2,000 SF of ground level retail space to the North Druid Hills neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia. Residents will have access to an elevated resort amenity deck with a pool, multiple private cabanas and grilling stations. Included in this development is a 175,000 SF precast parking deck with 515 parking spots.
