Juneau Celebrates Breaking Ground on ōLiv Columbia

Juneau Construction Company is proud to serve as the general contractor for ōLiv Columbia, a transformative mixed-use development that will redefine the skyline and energy of Columbia, South Carolina’s Main Street District.

This landmark project will deliver:

• 720 market-rate and student apartments across two towers

• 2,350 total beds

• Ground-floor retail to activate Main Street

• A 1,600-stall parking garage to support residents and visitors

ōLiv Columbia is designed to bring density, walkability, and vibrancy to the heart of downtown. By blending modern residences with retail and community-focused amenities, the project will serve as a catalyst for continued growth in Columbia’s urban core.

Construction is scheduled to begin in fall 2025. Juneau is honored to partner with Core Spaces and dwell design studio, llc to bring this vision to life.
