How has Juneau Construction Company impacted your life?

Working at Juneau has exceeded all expectations I had when entering the construction industry out of college. There is a great balance of being challenged, while also feeling supported for each step in my career so far

If you could give one piece of advice to someone looking to enter the construction industry, what would it be?

For anyone entering the construction industry, I would recommend trying out a few different roles to see what skillset feels natural to you. Despite being hired on to join our operations team, Juneau gave me the opportunity to join the preconstruction department, and the rest is history.

What do you enjoy doing outside of your time at Juneau?
