Hub Knoxville 18th Street marks the fourth building in the Hub Knoxville development, bringing 770 beds of thoughtfully designed off-campus student housing. At 364,000 square feet, the 215-unit development expands the Hub Knoxville footprint to more than 2,000 beds serving the students of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. It will also add 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail to the surrounding community.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains, the design pairs warm woods and layered textures with amenity spaces that feel both social and relaxed. Residents will have access to an elevated rooftop pool and deck, along with a comprehensive collection of wellness-focused amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, yoga room, cold plunge, hot tub, and Pilates reformers.
