Colliers Represents Juneau Construction Company in 40,090 RSF Lease Renewal and Expansion

Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, has secured a long-term lease of 40,090 Rentable Square Feet (RSF). Juneau Construction Company expanded into an additional 20,043 RSF and extended their lease of 20,047 RSF, reinforcing Juneau’s long-term commitment to Atlanta and its workforce in the Northwest submarket.

Jodi Selvey, Vice Chair, and Meredith Selvey, Associate Vice President, of Colliers’ Atlanta Office Services team, represented Juneau in the transaction. Working alongside Nancy Juneau and Alexandra Juneau, the deal brought together two mother and daughter teams, an uncommon collaboration that showcases the power of partnership and the growing influence of women leaders in historically male-dominated industries.

The connection between the Selveys and the Juneaus began seven years ago and has grown into a trusted friendship built on shared values and mutual respect. Over time, their personal relationship evolved into a business partnership, proving that strong connections often lead to the best outcomes. This deal was relationship first, transaction second, and reflects the confidence and trust that both teams have in each other.

Founded in 1997, Juneau has grown into one of the Southeast’s leading contractors, consistently ranked among the top 50 regional firms. Recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the second-largest women-owned business in Georgia, Juneau operates offices in Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa. Its success is built on strong relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.

“Atlanta is home base for both of our teams,” said Jodi Selvey. “We know this market inside and out, and that knowledge allowed us to negotiate a solution that supports Juneau’s growth while aligning with their culture and operational needs.” Meredith Selvey added, “This isn’t just about square footage. It’s about creating a space that works for people, where they can collaborate, innovate, and feel connected to the company’s mission.”

Nancy Juneau echoed that sentiment: “Our people are our greatest asset. This renewal is an investment in their experience and in our ability to serve clients at the highest level.” Alexandra Juneau emphasized the collaborative nature of the process saying, “Partnership is our superpower. This process was a testament to what happens when strong relationships and shared values drive the outcome.”

Both mother-daughter teams share deep Atlanta roots and University of Georgia (UGA) alumnae pride. Jodi Selvey and Nancy Juneau serve on the UGA Board of Trustees, while Meredith Selvey is a member of the UGA Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board and all four women graduated from the University of Georgia and bleed red and black. Their leadership reflects a growing presence of women in office brokerage and construction, bringing a different kind of rigor and empathy to every decision. This renewal positions Juneau for continued success in a competitive market while reinforcing its commitment to Atlanta as a hub for talent, innovation, and growth.
