Juneau Construction Company and PMG Celebrate Breaking Ground on One Twenty Brickell Residences in Miami
One Twenty Brickell Residences, a dual-tower luxury mixed-use condominium and rental development, has officially broken ground, bringing a new vision of modern, connected city living to Miami’s Brickell community.
Premier builder Juneau Construction Company and renowned national developer Property Markets Group (PMG) announced the official groundbreaking of One Twenty Brickell Residences, a dual-tower luxury mixed-use condominium and rental development set to rise in the heart of Miami’s thriving Brickell neighborhood. The event, held April 30, 2025, brought together several project partners and stakeholders to celebrate and highlight the collaboration driving the project forward.
Designed by the acclaimed Sieger Suarez Architects, One Twenty Brickell Residences consists of two planned Brickell towers. One of which will deliver 266 luxury residences, each accompanied with a dedicated office suite complete with private elevators, and access to more than 60,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, including a sky bar, elegant lobbies, conference rooms, modern offices, gyms, pool decks, hot and cold plunge pools and indoor spa facilities. The first building will be connected to the other tower by a shared podium. This tower will feature 537 multifamily residential units operated by the Sentral Management Platform, more than 10,000 square feet of retail space and 606 parking spaces across nearly 280,000 square feet of parking facilities.
As general contractor, Juneau Construction Company will lead the construction of One Twenty Brickell Residences, turning design plans into a tangible physical reality, as they work in close partnership with PMG to help transform the development into a new Miami landmark.

Located at 120 SW 8th Street, One Twenty Brickell Residences will offer sweeping views of the Brickell and Downtown Miami skylines as well as Biscayne Bay. Residents will also enjoy convenient access to the Brickell Metro Mover and Metrorail stations, allowing seamless connectivity to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami and the high-speed Brightline rail.
