Cocowalk Wins 2022 ULI Vision Awards: Project of the Year

Cocowalk was recently named Project of the Year by the ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean 2022 Vision Awards.  This impressive project modernized the existing Cocowalk shopping center with the addition of office and retail space. This new space added a mix of restaurants, retail, a rooftop bar, event space and a new outdoor plaza. The office building achieved the LEED Gold certification and features landscaped terraces that can be used as open-air meeting space.
