Skylark Project – Residential Deal of the Year 2019

We are pleased to announce that our Skylark project, located off of Atlanta’s Beltline, is a finalist for Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards – Residential Deal of the Year 2019! Congratulations to RangeWater and Suber Barber Choate + Hertlein Architects on their outstanding dedication to this project. With the first phase of Skylark turned over one month ago, the second phase turning over at the end of this month, and the final phase turning over in April, we are excited this award-winning project has come to fruition.
