University of Tennessee Knoxville was due for some new off campus student housing options for students, which is why Juneau partnered with Campus Acquisitions to bring online 52-units of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments to the downtown Knoxville area. Evolve totals more than 120,000 square feet with 17,000 square feet of parking and 10,000 square feet of retail on the main level. Evolve has 20,000 square feet of amenity space including a whirlpool, grilling stations, fitness center, club and lounge area, double-sided indoor/outdoor fireplace, a theater room with stadium seating, and an indoor bike repair station.
